We need Floral Merchandisers to support growers by ensuring plant programs are successfully implemented in stores. This position entails visiting multiple retail locations 1-2 times weekly, maintaining product presentation, inventory control, and pricing accuracy. Having solid customer service skills will help build positive relationships with retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute merchandising tasks at large retail locations
• Verify and position incoming product orders on display
• Oversee inventory management and pricing updates
• Make store visits lasting approximately 45 minutes each
• Complete reporting online using a smartphone connection
