YSM seeks an Employer Liaison for the Integrated Employment Services Program. This contract position (part time, 3 days/week) will work on developing strategic employer relationships that cater to diverse clients. Engage with employers to educate them about potential and collaborate on creating accommodating job environments that foster success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate new employer relationships based on client needs
• Meet performance targets tied to client job placements
• Act as an intermediary between clients and employers
• Provide guidance on barriers faced by clients
• Facilitate conditions for training cohorts with employers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in career development or marketing
• At least 1 year in recruitment or employer engagement
• Proven ability in relationship management
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
• Multilingual skills considered an asset
