Located in Calgary or Edmonton, you will lead thorough investigations for Advanced Education Special Investigations. Drawing on a minimum of four years of experience, you will analyze evidence, prepare court materials, and guide other investigators, ensuring accountability across the education sector. This role plays a vital part in maintaining public trust.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct complex investigations involving fraud and identity theft • Collect and present evidence for legal processes • Draft comprehensive reports to criminal court standards • Mentor investigators and align with stakeholders • Inform and improve educational policy and risk factors
Requirements: • Degree in Law, Criminology, or similar • At least four years in investigative roles • Eligible for appointment as a Peace Officer • Advanced reporting and communication skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
