This position is responsible for assisting in the complete operation of Sports Grill, patio, skating/sports/curling and squash lounges, and sports bar.Key ResponsibilitiesManages service activities in the multiple dining areas throughout the Club, e.G., Sports Grill, Family Bistro, Sports Bar, Skating, Curling and Squash LoungesEnsures all areas are well-staffed and supervised to provide a smooth running operation by providing direct supervision of front staffEnsures meals and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner by circulating the dining areas and communicating with the kitchen and serving staff; including staffing, organization and execution of eventsWorks with staff on all preparatory work prior to opening and closingResponsible for staffing levels; ensures staff arelooking after their sectionsFills front staff roles (e.G. Server, Host) when staff is not available and provides services to members and guestMaintains a high level of cleanliness standards within the departmentProvides ongoing training to new and existing front staffLiaises between members,
