Key Responsibilities:



• Assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans • Monitor resident incidents and guide interventions • Evaluate quality indicators for nursing services • Manage recruitment and performance of care staff • Collaborate with healthcare partners and conduct assessments

Requirements: • Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with CLPNS • Minimum three years in senior health industry • Solid judgment and risk identification skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
