You’ll partner closely with clients in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to help them build teams that design, build, and operate large-scale data centers

What You’ll

- DoPartner directly with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives) to understand hiring goals and workforce strategie

Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic recommendation
