Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of comprehensive asset management plans
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
- Advise municipal staff on investment strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Engage with community stakeholders including Indigenous communities
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) designation in Ontario
- 8–10 years focused on municipal infrastructure
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Ontario asset management regulations
