What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Member, you will support both the kitchen and front of house operations. Your daily responsibilities may include:

- Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring food quality meets Bar Burrito standards
- Creating and refilling our signature sauces
- Preparing menu items using kitchen equipment including fryers
- Assisting guests at the counter and handling POS transactions
- Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming (kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, prep areas)
- Receiving, rotating, and organizing food and stock deliveries
- Following food safety & sanitation guidelines
- Working as part of a team to keep service fast, friendly, and consistent

Every shift is a little different — you’ll stay busy, learn current skills, and meet great people.

Requirements

- Food service experience is an asset but not required — we will train the right person
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs
- Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
