Located in Calgary or Edmonton, you will lead thorough investigations for Advanced Education Special Investigations. Drawing on a minimum of four years of experience, you will analyze evidence, prepare court materials, and guide other investigators, ensuring accountability across the education sector.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining public trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct complex investigations involving fraud and identity theft
- Collect and present evidence for legal processes
- Draft comprehensive reports to criminal court standards
- Mentor investigators and align with stakeholders
- Inform and improve educational policy and risk factors
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Criminology, or similar
- At least four years in investigative roles
- Eligible for appointment as a Peace Officer
- Advanced reporting and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
