Above All Roofing & Exteriors is looking for an experienced, reliable Lead Estimator to join our growing team. This is a field-based position for someone who is comfortable with inspecting properties, taking accurate measurements, and gathering all information required for our office to prepare detailed quotes. Doing online reports and flying a drone. Responsibilities include: Attend residential and commercial properties to assess upcoming projects Measure roofs, siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows/doors and other exterior projects Safely access roofs when required – must be comfortable with heights Take detailed photos, measurements and jobsite notes Identify materials, project requirements and potential problem areas Submit complete and accurate information to the office for quotes to be prepared Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors and our office team Help ensure estimates are accurate and nothing is missed before a project is quoted What We’re Looking For:
