We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic part time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mucky Pups for Thursdays and Fridays. In this role, you will play a vital part in our busy yet fun atmosphere by assisting our groomers and ensuring our clients feel right at home. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting our wonderful customers, checking dogs in and out, managing our small retail area, performing light-duty cleaning, answering the phone, and booking appointments using our grooming software. If you are comfortable lifting dogs and enjoy working with a team of great ladies, we would love to hear from you. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about pets and provides exceptional service. $25 - $28/hour based on dog experience.
