- time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: shifts of hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Physician Assistant Degree $51.102 to $62.5 Travel Required: Yes Human Resources Exemption: No Job Description: Physician Assistants (PAs) are academically and clinically educated medical generalists who practice medicine within a formalized relationship with a Physician.

Regulated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), PAs collect and interpret medical information, make appropriate clinical decisions, and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic interventions within a formalized Physician/PA relationship agreement approved by the CPSS.

Experience Clinical experience working as a PA in a related clinical field, is an asset Education Completion of an accredited PA degree program recognized by PACCC Licenses Membership and Licensure in good standing with the CPSS as a PA; or (May be asked to provide proof of meeting maintenance of certification) Physician Assistant

- Certified (PA-C) through the NCCPA.

Eligible for registration with CPSS (for applicants outside of Saskatchewan).
Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) through PACCC Memberships Canadian Association of Physician Assistants Competencies Advanced
