Ahria Consulting is seeking a Labour Relations Staff Officer for the Society of United Professionals in Saskatchewan. This role focuses on member advocacy, collective bargaining, and workplace issues in a hybrid work setting.

The Labour Relations Staff Officer will report to the Executive Director and become a trusted advisor for Local representatives. You will support grievance handling, arbitration cases, and collective bargaining initiatives while fostering relationships with members and employers.

This position directly contributes to union growth and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide labour relations advice to members and Local leaders
- Independently prepare and advocate for arbitration cases




- Build relationships with Local leaders and external stakeholders
- Mentor elected officials to enhance leadership capacity
- Support collective bargaining and mediation processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or similar qualification
- Five years of experience in labour relations
- Experience in preparation and argument of arbitration cases
- Knowledge of labour legislation and union operations
- Commitment to member advocacy and engagement

Support member representation and labour relations outcomes with the Society of United Professionals.
