Key Responsibilities:

- Complete care assessments and service plans for residents
- Administer medications safely following regulatory standards
- Supervise Unregulated Care Providers’ responsibilities




- Communicate concerns and changes in residents to the DOC
- Assist in coordinating clinical health and safety programs

Requirements:

- Active Registered Nurse registration in the Province
- Experience in gerontology or long-term care settings
- Excellent critical thinking and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
