You will guide caregivers in emotional management and develop personalized treatment plans based on family needs. Utilizing the ARC treatment model, you will foster resilience and healing from trauma during your engagements.Key Responsibilities:
- Offer client services per agency guidelines
- Support families with attachment and parenting strategies
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Provide home-based support and parent coaching
- Facilitate resource finding and crisis supportRequirements:
- Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or related field
- 3-5 years of field experience with families
- 3 years of mental health experience with young children
- First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS certifications required
