We are looking for a visionary General Manager to lead our team and elevate our wine culture.The RoleAs General Manager, you are the guardian of operational excellence and our establishment's "wine-first" philosophy. You will oversee all daily operations, manage financial performance, and ensure that every guest enjoys a unique oenological journey.RequirementsWine Expertise:Minimum WSET Level 1 certification (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for wine. Comfortable discussing varietals and regions and providing expert recommendations.Proven Experience:A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a management role (GM, Assistant GM,
