Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, card, and digital payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Provide product information and conduct product demos when needed to enhance customer understanding
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
Upsell relevant products or services to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
Manage phone inquiries professionally,



directing calls appropriately and providing excellent phone etiquette

Skills
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is advantageous
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell effectively to enhance sales performance
Bilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging with a broader customer base
