Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, assist with questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Follow transaction guidelines as per company SOP
Operate POS system and Lottery Terminal and take payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions
Count and balance shift opening and end of shift Cash/Cigarettes/Scratch Tickets
Manage cashier duties efficiently, ensuring store is cleaned,



washrooms are cleaned and the store is stocked and ready for business
Ensure outside of the store, garbages, windshield washer fluid and pump island are clean

Qualifications
Prior retail background is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS system is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly under pressure
Knowledge of safety, customer service, lottery is beneficial
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
