Duties and Responsibilities
Answering Phones, Taking & Updating Concrete Orders for same day & next day delivery
Serve as the main point of contact between Ready-Mix Drivers and client personnel.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide customers with updated information regarding their deliveries.
Handle customer complaints by troubleshooting service and quality related issues.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Maps.
Responsible for communicating with drivers on route and on job sites to ensure schedules are met.
Alternating Saturday / Sunday Weekend shifts during peak summer months.
Shift flexibility an asset
Late morning start 10:00 am
Plenty of chance to grow with increasing responsibility and pay

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
