YOUR ROLE
Drive sales and growth – Generate memberships, follow up with leads and hit sales targets.
Lead the team – Coach, motivate and hold the team accountable for results.
Create an amazing member experience – Build relationships, solve problems and drive retention.
Own Club operations – Keep the club clean, running smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
Grow the local brand – Build community relationships, support marketing and create local prospects.

An excellent communicator who enjoys working with people
Comfortable with technology and social media




Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Bilingual English/French preferred

Fitness industry experience is NOT required. We care more about your ability to lead, sell, communicate and get things done.
