The successful candidate will lead workshops, promote improvement initiatives, and oversee scorecard reporting. This role is pivotal to reducing costs and improving efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Implement continuous improvement principles across teams
Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events
Analyze performance metrics and deliver scorecard reporting




Develop strategies for waste reduction and process enhancement
Mentor staff on improvement methodologies and training Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management
Certification in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
