Car Detailer / Lot Attendant – Small Car Dealership

We’re looking for an experienced, trustworthy, reliable, and professional Car Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our team at a small, busy car dealership.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of professionalism when dealing with customers. You will be representing our dealership, so a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude is essential.

Responsibilities
Clean and detail vehicles inside and out
Vacuum, shampoo, wash, wax, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards
Move and organize vehicles around the lot
Keep the vehicle lot and surrounding areas clean and organized
Assist with basic vehicle preparation for customers and sales
Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, and skilled manner
Help ensure customers have a positive experience when visiting the dealership
Perform general lot duties and other tasks as needed
Ensure vehicles are presented clean, polished, and ready for sale

What We’re Looking For
Previous car detailing experience
Trustworthy, dependable, and flexible




Skilled and respectful with customers and coworkers
Excellent customer-service skills and a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Takes pride in doing quality work
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
Punctual and responsible
Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
