Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization through exact data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis.

Duties
Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections
Reconcile bank statements and account balances regularly to maintain accuracy
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for management review




Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and forecasting future financial needs

Skills
Solid proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation efficiently
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
