Duties
Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy in account balances
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare detailed account analysis reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain precise financial records
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and forecasting future financial needs




Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation for audit readiness

Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems
Solid knowledge of accounting practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace
