Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards. You will perform various tasks and routines within the plant.

This position requires a robust attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment. You are expected to have good knowledge of products, processes and hand tools used in manufacturing of windows and doors.

Duties
Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Work with team members to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in the production process.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.
Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Maintain department, equipment and company materials in a clean, effective and professional manner.




Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to supervisors promptly.
Follow health and safety regulations

Experience
2+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably assembling windows / doors.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is highly desirable.
Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
Skilled with various methods of measurement and verification in metric and imperial systems.
Window, door & glazing specific fabrication experience is considered an asset.
Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
