What You’ll Be Doing:
Writing explicit, accurate quotes and estimates
Advising customers on repairs and maintenance
Booking and managing appointments efficiently
Answering phones and handling front-of-house operations




Upselling work the right way (no pressure tactics — just honesty and value)
Running everything through AutoLeap

What You Need:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience is a big plus)
Experience with AutoLeap is a must
Strong sales ability — you know how to close work
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to handle a busy shop without getting overwhelmed
