Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment within the food industry.

Previous experience with POS systems, Micros POS, and food handling is highly desirable. The position offers an opportunity to develop customer service expertise while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
Operate POS systems including Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including food preparation and food safety practices
Manage serving duties such as taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area in compliance with food safety standards




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Assist with basic math calculations for transactions and change accuracy
Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, barista work, serving, or cashiering preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience in the food industry or related roles is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
