Duties
Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Assist with medication administration under proper supervision and training when necessary
Provide patient care that includes supporting daily routines, social skills development, and communication enhancement
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and behavioral observations in compliance with regulatory standards




Support children during activities that promote social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation

Skills
Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings, preferably within special education or behavioral health fields
Knowledge of medical terminology related to child health and developmental disorders
Ability to accurately collect, record, and interpret data to inform treatment plans
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
Compassionate approach with patience and adaptability to meet each child's unique needs
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established protocols for medication administration and patient care
Enthusiasm for continuous learning about ABA techniques, child development, and best practices in special education
