Grace Transport Inc. is a family-owned business operating for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic to work on our private fleet – $42/hour for fully licensed candidates & Company Paid Advantages from Day One!

Location: Strathroy, ON

Position: 310T Truck and Coach Technician

Hours: Rotating shifts Monday–Friday + every other Saturday (6am – 2pm)
Shift one: 6am – 2:30pm
Shift two: 11am – 7:30pm

Wage: $42/hour for fully licensed candidates. Compensation may be adjusted based on apprenticeship level and experience for non-licensed applicants.

What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance, conduct annual safety inspections, troubleshoot, diagnose failures and perform necessary corrections
Complete all service sheets, work orders and safety paperwork in a timely manner
Inspect various parts of vehicles to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate and meet safety and compliance standards
Ensure records are completed accurately and on time




Follow company policies and procedures while performing work
Utilize personal protective equipment as required
Maintain order and cleanliness of tools, equipment and shop
Assist with other duties as needed

What You Bring:
Valid 310T or 310J License
Own tools and a strong work ethic
A team mindset and pride in your work
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices necessary while operating or repairing vehicles and equipment
