Auto Body Repair Planner & CSR Empire Collision - Edmonton, AB

Empire Collision is looking for a full-time, career-minded, Repair Planner with a strong background in customer service to work in one of our locations. If you have previous experience in the industry is a plus but not necessary. Strong customer service skills, willingness to learn and excellent work ethic are paramount. Must be willing to embrace a team atmosphere and be process driven. If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our Empire Family/Team.

Responsibilities
Excellent customer service
Desire to learn and change with the industry
Ability to adapt to and change with organizational policy
Assess vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate
Maintain regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process




Maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow safety guidelines
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
Billing Insurance Companies
Data Entry

Requirements:
Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is a bonus but not required
Superior Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
Ability to multitasks within a team oriented bodyshop
Good communication skills and great attitude
Valid Driver’s License
Works well in a team workplace as well as individually with little supervision
