Burn Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

Position: Business Development Manager

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ years of Business Development / Sales experience required

What You’ll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain robust relationships with businesses and decision-makers
Generate leads and manage sales outreach
Promote Burn Logistics’ courier, last-mile delivery, and 3PL solutions
Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term clients
Develop and implement strategies to expand Burn Logistics’ customer base across Ontario
Manage client accounts and support long-term business growth
Track sales activities, opportunities, and performance results

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role
Strong communication,



networking, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
Professional and confident when communicating with clients
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or 3PL is an asset
