Responsibilities
Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical knowledge
Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC systems as needed
Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functioning before returning them to customers
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all repair activities




Assist in assembling or installing new appliances when required

Requirements
Proven electrical experience with the ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Robust mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems
Experience in appliance repair or related technical fields such as HVAC or electronics
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance parts or units
Ability to troubleshoot using schematics and technical manuals efficiently
Prior experience working with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory
