We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bartender to provide excellent beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.
Take guest orders and provide skilled customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service requirements.
Restock beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Valid Smart Serve Certification required in Ontario.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Available for evenings, weekends, and events as required.
Qualified, reliable, and well-presented.
