We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender & Lounge Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming lounge environment. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Greet guests warmly and take drink orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including food handling and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in setting up lounge areas for events or regular service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly without compromising quality
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere,



promoting positive experiences throughout their visit

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
Hospitality or food service experience is a plus, along with basic knowledge of food handling procedures
