Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations




Assist in managing inventory levels for beverages and supplies to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Previous experience with food service or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
