Answering incoming phone calls and professionally assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and general information.
Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
Handling debit and credit card payments securely and following established payment procedures.
Filing and organizing paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative tasks.
Picking and packing orders with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment.
