Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and ensure a positive experience.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately.
Handle food preparation tasks including assembling light snacks or baked goods in line with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas, following health regulations.




Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
Support team members during busy periods by serving customers promptly and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately.
Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is a plus.
