Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team at Bowline Logistics Ltd. Based out of Spruce Grove, Alberta, this is a full time, hands-on role focused on the maintenance, inspection and repair of our fleet of trucks and trailers. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment performs at the highest level; upholding the safety standards, reliability, and operational efficiency that define Bowline’s reputation across North America.

Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Perform regular maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with other mechanics and fleet managers to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance.
Respond to roadside service calls as required.
Operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For




Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification.
Proven experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer repair.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Class 1 license is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
