Job Title: Car Salesperson (Used Vehicles) – Commission Only

Compensation: 100% Commission

Job Description:
We are hiring 2 experienced car salespeople for our used-car dealership in Scarborough. This is a commission-only role with robust earning potential, supported by an inventory of approximately 60+ vehicles.

Requirements (Mandatory):
Valid OMVIC Salesperson License (required)
Proven experience selling cars (used or new)
Financing experience is an asset
Experience selling aftermarket products (warranties, protection packages, add-ons) is an asset
Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently

Responsibilities:
Sell vehicles from in-store, phone, and online leads
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features
Explain pricing, financing options, and aftermarket products




Close deals and complete sales documentation in compliance with OMVIC regulations
