The Phone Zone is looking for a reliable and skilled Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Associate to join our growing team. You’ll handle hands-on repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for iPhones, Androids, tablets, and more — while also assisting customers with sales of current and pre-owned devices.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident with both tools and people — someone who can repair efficiently, sell professionally, and help create a great in-store experience.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair common hardware issues (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
Perform back glass repairs using laser machines safely and accurately
Troubleshoot software issues across iOS and Android platforms
Inspect and test devices before and after repair for full quality assurance
Assist customers with phone sales, trade-ins, and accessories
Maintain accurate repair and sales records
Stay current with current devices, repair tools, and evolving techniques
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication about repair options and timelines

What We’re Looking For




Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of both hardware and software diagnostics
Experience with laser back glass removal machines (preferred)
Confident working with iOS, Android, and computer-based systems
Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Bonus: Previous experience in retail or tech sales
