Candidate will be responsible for maintaining residential apartment buildings in Oshawa. This includes completing work orders and preparing vacant units.
Plumbing experience required.
Electrical experience is an asset.
General handyman repairs.
Candidate must be reliable, hardworking and experienced in performing maintenance type work.
