Sales Associate

Duties:
Provide excellent customer service with a smile
Assist customers in finding the right products, making their purchases, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Cleaning floors, shelves, and other spaces in the store, as required
Moving boxes (up to 25kg)

Qualifications:
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as a team as well as independently
Previous experience in retail is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
