Templeton Properties is currently seeking 1 Cleaner to join our team supporting several residential properties, including a large building undergoing redevelopment. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, supporting smooth unit turnovers, and ensuring our buildings are welcoming and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces across multiple properties
Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units for recent tenants
Support general building maintenance tasks as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Travel between Templeton Properties locations as required

Position Details
Schedule: Variable; hours may change based on business and operational needs
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
Location: Multiple sites across HRM – a reliable personal vehicle is required

What We’re Looking For




At least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning
Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing schedule
Solid attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working in active construction or redevelopment environments
Willingness and ability to travel between multiple properties during a workday
