Facilities Assistant / Bar Attendant – Indoor Golf Simulator Facility

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member to support daily operations at our indoor golf simulator facility. This role includes guest check-ins, booking phone appointments, managing walk-ins, processing payments, selling/redeeming gift cards, assisting with bar service, and supporting league operations.

Responsibilities
Greet guests, book appointments, and manage walk-ins
Process POS payments, gift card sales, and redemptions
Serve beverages and light food (Smart Serve an asset)
Help set up new and existing customers on simulators
Assist with entering scores for managed leagues
Maintain cleanliness of simulator bays, common areas, and restrooms
Restock inventory and follow food safety standards
Able to stay late (up to midnight) to wrap up end-of-day operations




Support opening/closing duties and other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
POS experience an assest
Smart Serve certification an asset
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
Must be available to work weekends
Comfortable working late evenings when required

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
