Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests warmly, making them feel welcome and valued
Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and confidence
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
Deliver orders in a timely manner and check in for satisfaction
Address any guest concerns with professionalism and care
Collaborate with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and overall dining space
Handle payments, issue bills, and process cash and card transactions accurately
Complete side duties such as restocking, sweeping, and sanitizing




Support management and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:
2–3 years of restaurant serving experience (required)
Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English
Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales through upselling
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Comfortable using or learning restaurant POS systems
Friendly, team-oriented, and thrives in a rapid-paced setting
