Duties
Develop and deliver engaging programming lessons tailored to diverse learner needs and skill levels
Create a positive, inclusive classroom setting that encourages participation and curiosity
Use your classroom experience to manage group activities, facilitate discussions, and support individual learners
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on projects that promote active learning
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their coding skills and confidence
Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure smooth lesson delivery and continuous program improvement
Maintain a secure,

Requirements
Prior classroom experience or teaching background demonstrating ability to engage learners effectively
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Scratch (or similar)
Passion for education, technology, and empowering others through learning
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels
Reliable, motivated, and committed to volunteering regularly in the Toronto/GTA area
Nice-to-have: experience working with youth or in community education settings

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
