Sanjo Sushi is looking for a reliable Kitchen Cook to join our team. We run a clean, organized kitchen and take quality seriously.

What you'll be doing:
Hot food prep (teriyaki, tempura, soups, sides)
Mise en place and station prep
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
What we need:
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience at a sushi restaurant (required)
Food Safe Level 1 (or willing to obtain)
Reliable, able to work evenings and weekends
Eligible to work in Canada
