Overview

We are seeking the services of a qualified and competent individual for the position of Customer Service Associate to work in our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
Update and maintain accurate client information in company systems while ensuring proper order processing and documentation.
Process customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and collaborate with the accounting team on payment reconciliation.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipments and assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and related paperwork.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, report preparation, filing, and departmental communication.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills while managing multiple priorities.
Work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Assist with leading and supporting team members as required.





Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is considered an asset.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and processes is an asset.
Certification in Customs Processes/Freight Forwarding would be an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal departments.
Ability to lead, support, and develop a team when required.

Hours: M-F 8am 4pm

Pay: $20
