Duties
Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials for various dental procedures
Assist the dentist during examinations, restorations, orthodontics, pediatrics, and other treatments with precision and care
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools when needed
Manage patient records efficiently using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist, greeting patients and scheduling appointments
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term health
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental equipment meets safety standards
Requirements
Valid certification as a Dental Assistant with current credentials to practice in your region
Proven experience with dental assisting procedures, including working with orthodontics and pediatric patients
Familiarity with dental practice management Cleardent software is highly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate communication and documentation
Fluency in English
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, reception staff, and patients to foster a positive atmosphere
