HVAC/Refrigeration Tech (3rd Year or Journeyperson) – Join a Solid Crew

We’re growing and looking for a motivated HVAC/Refrigeration tech to join our team. Whether you’re a strong 3rd year or a fully certified Journeyperson, if you know your stuff and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in commercial, multi-family, and retrofit projects—so the work stays engaging and challenging.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
Working on commercial and multi-family sites, including retrofits
Diagnosing issues and fixing them right the first time
Communicating with clients and site contacts clearly and professionally
Handling emergency service calls when needed
Pitching in on other mechanical work (plumbing, gas, sheet metal) when required

What We’re Looking For:
3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in Refrigeration/HVAC
Experience with commercial HVAC systems and retrofit work
Someone reliable, motivated, and easy to work with




Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good attitude and solid customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license

What You Get:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
